Service Description

Culturally based fraternities and sororities are such unique student organizations to advise and retain on college campuses. This workshop shares research, common practices, and strategies to help increase retention of culturally based fraternities and sororities. The workshop stresses the importance of culturally competence for advisors that oversee these organizations on their campuses.
