Service Description

Students will learn the importance of practicing the fundamentals of leadership while looking at how drastically different their positions will be in the midst of COVID-19. Students will be challenged to reflect on their leadership abilities and lead from a place of empathy. Students will explore relatable leadership principles and will be challenged to find new ways to lead while navigating a pandemic. In this workshop, students will be able to tie in foundational aspects of leadership to current best practices.
