Has your organization been struggling? It’s okay! Every organization has their ups and downs and it is part of the process. This workshop seeks to combine organizational leadership theories and the Philadelphia 76ers organization to discuss how to create sustainable positive change! Students will learn about leadership positions in their organizations, the power of advising, and the importance of strength based recruiting.
